Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlipDesk, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should immediately cease using the app.
Description of Service
FlipDesk is a retro flip clock and productivity companion designed for desk setups and nightstands, featuring:
- Animated mechanical flip clock display (12h/24h format, date, seconds, battery badge)
- Pomodoro focus timer with customizable work/break intervals and session history
- Soothing ambient soundscapes and white noise audio player (rain, campfire, ocean waves)
- Custom themes, color presets, and custom wallpaper background upload
- Nightstand bedtime mode with screen brightness dimming and OLED protection
User Responsibilities & Device Use
- Continuous Display (Wakelock): FlipDesk includes an option to keep your device screen awake while acting as a desk clock. You are responsible for monitoring your device's temperature, power connection, and battery level during long display periods.
- Custom Wallpapers: You agree not to upload or set custom background images that violate third-party copyrights or contain illegal or offensive content.
Intellectual Property
The FlipDesk application, including its source code, UI designs, flip digit graphics, logos, and custom sound tracks, are the exclusive property of TaskLovers and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract code from FlipDesk
- Modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the app
- Interfere with or disrupt app security, ads, or platform integrity
- Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the application
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. While we strive to maintain accurate time display and uninterrupted timer alerts, TaskLovers shall not be held liable for missed alarms, battery depletion, or device hardware issues caused by continuous screen usage.
Advertising & In-App Content
FlipDesk is supported by advertisements (Google Mobile Ads). Certain optional features or rewards may be unlocked by interacting with rewarded video ads. All ad interactions are subject to Google's AdMob terms and policies.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to FlipDesk at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms & Conditions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
