Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Bellora — Meditation & Reiki Healing Timer. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or download the app.
Description of Service
Bellora is a mindfulness companion that provides:
- Meditation and Reiki healing timer sessions with timed interval bells
- A rich library of bells and ambient soundscapes
- Gentle breathing guidance (Inhale · Hold · Exhale)
- Session history, daily goals, and practice reminders
- A 100% offline, private experience — no accounts, no tracking
Subscriptions & Billing (In-App Purchases)
- Bellora offers optional Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly) and Lifetime access.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
- You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account Settings on the App Store / Google Play Store anytime after purchase.
7-Day Free Trial Policy
- New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial to unlock all soundscapes, guided Reiki sequences, and premium themes.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
- You will not be charged if you cancel before the 7-day trial ends.
Wellness & Medical Disclaimer
Bellora is a meditation, mindfulness, and Reiki timer tool created for spiritual growth and stress reduction. Bellora is NOT a medical device, mental health clinical tool, or replacement for professional healthcare. Consult a qualified medical professional for medical issues.
Intellectual Property & License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable personal license to use Bellora on your compatible mobile or desktop devices. All ambient audio, branding, soundscapes, and code belong strictly to Bellora.
Privacy & Data Storage
Bellora operates completely offline. Your meditation history and practice preferences are stored locally on your device and never leave it. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app's audio, branding, or code
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the app at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bellora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
